The mark
A cartouche — the ring that encircles a name and protects it — closed with a tie bar, holding a single thorn point. Enclosure and defence in one glyph.
Colour
Limestone and papyrus carry the page. Ink carries the argument. Gold is ceremonial and reserved for action; clay only ever means risk. Click a swatch to copy.
Typography
Headlines, figures, section titles. Regular weight only. Tight tracking at large sizes, never below 19px.
Body copy, labels, controls. Weights 300–600. Body sets at 16–17px with 1.6 line height.
Prices, ratios, identifiers, eyebrow labels. Uppercase with 0.2em tracking at small sizes.
Texture
Four grounds, all included in the kit. They sit under content at low opacity and multiply into the limestone. Never place body copy directly on bramble above 6% opacity.
